On average it takes a few months for the sale to be registered in the deeds office and you will only receive the money due to you when the transfer occurs.  

Sellers obligation advance

The seller normally has to spend money to honour obligations such as rates clearance and certificate of compliance; on this, we also offer an advance relating to the outstanding rates and taxes amount.
