Bridging finance is a form of short-term finance, typically taken out for a period of 2 weeks to over 1 year that allows an applicant to access funds that they are guaranteed to receive in the future but require financial support now. The repayment is made in full when the property transaction concludes.

Do I need a good credit rating?

Credit assessments are not conducted within the process of approving a bridging application.
